The "talk " around town is that a lot of Texas filmmakers are leaving to our neighboring states that offer more attractive incentives including up to 42% or more refundable tax credit incentive package, with a minimum required spend of only $50,000. That is more than very appealing to small companies and independent production companies like The CineVeliz Production Company. So the question is "What keeps us filming here in Texas".
